- User Responsibilities: a. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring their security. b. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and using the Hippoo App. c. You shall not use the Hippoo App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- WooCommerce Integration: a. The Hippoo App integrates with the WooCommerce plugin to access and manage your shop’s data. b. You acknowledge that any changes made to your shop’s data through the Hippoo App may impact your WooCommerce store. c. The Hippoo App does not assume any liability for any issues, errors, or damages that may arise from the integration with the WooCommerce plugin.
- Intellectual Property: a. The Hippoo App and all associated content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and graphics, are the property of the app developer or its licensors. b. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Hippoo App without obtaining prior written permission from the app developer.
- Limitation of Liability: a. The Hippoo App is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. b. The app developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Hippoo App.
